Path to Green Flame
The unfolding.
This isn’t a resume—it’s a story. A labyrinth. A timeline of becoming.
The path to Green Flame is a glimpse into the winding, sacred, often messy journey that’s led me to this work. From Catholic school questions and Salem spell books to boardrooms, burnouts, and a life-saving nudge from a little rescue dog named Rusty—each chapter has been a spark that shaped my calling.
I’ve organized this path thematically, not just chronologically—because growth is rarely linear. It’s layered, cyclical, and deeply human. My hope is that as you read, you see threads of your own becoming reflected back. May it remind you that your path—however unconventional—is worthy, magical, and unfolding in divine timing.
Let’s walk it together.

Claiming My Calling
In 2023, I launched Green Flame Community, a soul-led evolution of my work that centers personal sovereignty and collective healing for marginalized genders. After years of spiritual practice and facilitation, I felt called to create a space where magic, truth-telling, and belonging could coexist. I also began training in Divergent: Leadership Training for the Non-Typical Kind, deepening my commitment to trauma-informed, neurodivergence-affirming facilitation. This chapter is all about embodiment, trusting my intuition, and building something that honors both my gifts and the needs of this moment.
From Crisis to Clarity
In 2021, my elderly rescue dog, Rusty, saved my life by alerting me to a 15 cm ovarian tumor, launching me into a spiritually transformative health crisis and profound awakening. I underwent a radical hysterectomy, entered surgical menopause, and emerged with a fierce sense of purpose. These years were marked by grief alchemy, healing, channeling, and a reconnection with my inner knowing. This was a threshold moment—the veil between worlds lifted, and my spiritual path came into full focus.
Seeds of Sovereignty
As I stepped away from my leadership role in the corporate world, I began cultivating the seeds of something more aligned. I completed certifications in Wayfinder Coaching, The Work of Byron Katie, and Somatic Abolitionism with Resmaa Menakem. I began offering spiritual coaching, and exploring what it meant to build spiritual containers that center equity, embodiment, and belonging. These years were about trying, trusting, and reclaiming.
Building with Heart
At FULLY, I served as Director of Culture and helped transform the workplace into a B Corp Certified, values-based organization. I led efforts that increased team diversity, created inclusive hiring practices, and fostered employee wellness rooted in equity and shared power. This experience taught me that spiritual leadership and organizational design could go hand in hand—and that there was a place for heart-centered leadership in the world of work.
Early Fire
From kindergarten through 9th grade, I attended Catholic school—and questioned nearly everything. I stirred up my CCD classes asking, “Why aren’t dinosaurs in the Bible?” and challenging the idea that men should be in charge. At age 13, I made the radical choice to not be confirmed, stating that I didn’t believe in Catholic teachings or traditional marriage. This decision marked my early understanding of sovereignty and my refusal to conform.
Roots & Rituals
I was born and raised in and around Salem, MA, surrounded by its rich mystical heritage and haunted history. As a child, I made bedroom altars, read spell books from local herb shops, and created my own rituals under the full moon. These early years planted the seeds of my witchy path, long before I had the language to name it. It was magic, instinctive and alive, even when I didn’t fully understand it.
Learning, Longing & Leaps
At the University of Massachusetts Amherst, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, drawn to understanding the body and its inner workings. But beneath the academic path, a quiet yearning stirred—for something more intuitive, more soul-led. After graduation, I followed that pull westward, moving to Portland, Oregon, where I began working in accounting and HR roles. These years laid the foundation for practical skills, but also deepened the contrast between what I was doing and what I was truly called to do. I started to dream bigger. I began to listen.
Leading from Within
In my early career, I worked in wellness clinics, non-profits, and local businesses, where I was immersed in a wide range of cultures, leadership styles, and community dynamics. I quickly noticed how often people just needed someone to truly listen. These environments helped me recognize my innate emotional intelligence, my ability to hold space for others, and the power of empathy in work and life. I became increasingly curious about how belonging is created—and how it’s broken. That curiosity led me to the Martha Beck Institute, where I began formal training to become a Certified Wayfinder Coach, laying the groundwork for everything that came next.
